Having extensively lived both the life of an entrepreneur, and that of a corporate executive, Kapil understands the value and the liberating feeling of being your own boss. He understands that not everyone is cut out for the 9-5, and that some people like to take control of their lives and want to enjoy the flexibility of time and freedom of action that business ownership provides.

Kapil grew up surrounded by entrepreneurs in India. He moved to the U.S. in 2000 to pursue an MBA at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and then worked for several Fortune 500 companies in roles spanning Supply Chain Management, Quality, and Operational Excellence. Although Kapil achieved tremendous success in his corporate career, he always felt something missing in his life, until his entrepreneurial roots finally pulled him back into business ownership. Today, he is a multi-unit owner of a salon suite franchise, a franchise coach, a public speaker, and an author.

Kapil is very passionate about being his own boss. He never found satisfaction in working for someone else and in building wealth for others. He believes that most people want to be independent and be their own boss, but just can’t find the path to do it. He finds tremendous fulfillment in helping others discover the same passion, and in guiding them to realize their dream of entrepreneurship.
